Materials: the right panel for every application

Will you be using the panel outdoors? Or do you want double-sided printing? Is sustainability important? Or do you have a specific wish regarding the finish or appearance of the panel? Below we briefly explain the material properties. This allows you to quickly order the right panel.

  • Dibond®: Robust aluminum panel with a white top layer, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • Dibond® Butler Finish: Aluminum sandwich panel with a brushed stainless steel look, perfect for indoor and outdoor use.
  • Forex®: Lightweight foamed PVC, ideal for indoor use.
  • Plexiglass: Transparent material with a modern look, suitable for indoors and outdoors (sensitive to scratches).
  • Easyprint: Lightweight polypropylene sheet material for high-quality print results.
  • Plywood: Environmentally friendly poplar wood with a natural look, suitable for indoor use.
  • Re-board: Stiff and lightweight cardboard sandwich construction with a white top layer, ideal for indoors and environmentally friendly.
  • Sign Again: Circular material made from recycled banners and cutting waste, suitable for indoors and outdoors.
  • HLP: Very strong HPL panel with a brown core and white top layer, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • Akylite: Lightweight PVC-free panel with a honeycomb core, suitable for indoors and outdoors.
  • Display cardboard: Flexible cardboard with a solid grey back and white top layer, ideal for indoor use (not foldable).

Finishing

Choose from clean-cut or contour-cut (in your own shape), and options for drill holes (for mounting the panel as desired).

Accessories for easy mounting

During the ordering process, you have the option to order various accessories. You can choose from different types of Velcro and mounting plates (in various sizes).

Frequently asked questions

What is the best way to clean the panel?
To clean your panels, it is best to use a mild detergent mixed with water. Because the ink is applied to the material using UV printing technology, the surface is sensitive to damage if handled too roughly. For extra protection against scratches, you may consider providing Dibond® panels with a coating.

What is the advantage of a coating?
The sheet material gets a more intense color through a coating and it offers better protection for the print.
